FUNCTIONS:
- Supervise and control revenue administration at the divisional level.
- Coordinate municipal corporations, Zilla Parishads, and district administrations for policy execution.

- Oversee law and order in collaboration with police and district authorities.
- Conduct elections for local bodies, legislative assemblies, and parliamentary constituencies.
